We use your cat’s details (age, weight, body condition, and activity level) to calculate a daily serving recommendation in pouches per day, then price your box accordingly.
Your welcome box is usually discounted (for example, you may see an intro offer applied at checkout). If you think your discount didn’t apply correctly, contact our Cat Care team with your order details, and we’ll help.
