My cat has chronic kidney disease (CKD). Can they eat Tyga?

This is a great question for your vet.

Our stance: While our food is made to support your cat’s kidneys, it isn’t a therapeutic ~~~~diet. Cats with later-stage kidney disease usually need a more restrictive diet, but our meals can work for those with early-stage renal disease who have well-managed blood phosphorous levels. To support kidneys, our food is:

  • High moisture (over 70%)
  • Made with only natural sources of phosphorous
  • Full of anti-inflammatory omega-3s (EPA and DHA) and antioxidants from real food

Our team can give you all the details on our meals, so you can chat this through with your vet.
