We use a simple method to figure out how much your cat should eat according to their age, weight, and activity levels. This method meets FEDIAF nutritional guidelines. To update your cat's serving size, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and select ‘Edit portions’ located under 'My Plan’
- Use the + and - toggle to set your cats new serving size, then click Next
- Choose the box size that best suits your freezer space, then click Next
- Update your cats meal selection and hit Next
- Tap ‘confirm’ to save changes
While you can adjust the daily serving size beyond our recommendation, we strongly suggest keeping your cats information - like weight and activity level up to date.
To get an updated recommendation based on changes to your cats profile, follow these steps instead:
- Go to 'My Cats' in your account
- Select 'Edit' next to the cat you'd like to update
- Update details, such as their, age, weight, and activity level, hit 'Save'
- A recommendation may appear to adjust the serving size. You can either accept by selecting ‘Review portion size and meals’ or decline by selecting ‘Not now’
- If you select to review, use the + and - toggle to set your cats new serving size, then click Next
- Choose the box size that best suits your freezer space, then click Next
- Update your cats meal selection then hit Next
- Tap 'confirm' to save changes
